Do you accept WorkCover and CTP claims?

Yes to both. We see WorkCover NSW clients and bill the scheme, so there is nothing for you to pay on the day. If you were injured in a motor vehicle accident and have a CTP claim, we bill the claim directly.

To get started with either, send us a Certificate of Capacity naming exercise physiology or physiotherapy, or a GP letter with the referral attached. We respond within 24 hours.

• WorkCover: after the initial assessment we send a report to your GP, your insurer, your employer and any other allied health involved. Claims are usually approved in blocks of around eight sessions, and we report on progress as we go.
• CTP: your assessment report goes to your GP, your claims contact and anyone else supporting your recovery, so you are not the one chasing paperwork.
