Back and neck pain

We help with back and neck pain that has lasted weeks or months, including pain that has not settled with earlier treatment.

What happens at your first appointment

Your first appointment is an assessment. We ask where the pain is, when it started and what makes it worse. Then we check how far you can move, how strong you are, and what you can do in a normal day. Most appointments take 30 minutes. If you have more than one problem, we book 45 to 60 minutes.

  • You will leave with clear goals and a plan you can start
  • We see you in the clinic, at the gym or at home
  • We report back to your GP, insurer or employer
