Rehab after surgery

We help you rebuild strength and movement after an operation, working from the plan your surgeon has set.

What happens at your first appointment

Your first appointment is an assessment. We ask what operation you had and what your surgeon has asked you to do. Then we check how far you can move and how strong you are, and we build a plan from there. Most appointments take 30 minutes. If you have more than one problem, we book 45 to 60 minutes.

  • We work from your surgeon’s plan, not around it
  • We see you in the clinic, at the gym or at home
  • We report back to your GP or surgeon where needed
