Mobility and strength for older adults

Strength, balance and mobility for older adults, built around the tasks you want to keep doing. This is exercise physiology, and we work with Home Care Package providers.

Most people come to us because everyday things got harder

People come to us after a fall, or when standing up and walking got harder. Some also live with a long term condition. We do not treat the condition itself. We look at how you move now, then build a program for strength, balance and daily tasks. If something has changed suddenly, see your GP first.

30 minute appointments, or 45 to 60 minutes if you need longer
Sessions at your home, or at the clinic
Written updates to your GP, and to family or your care provider if you ask
