We come to you

Physiotherapy and exercise physiology at your home, your local gym or a park, across Western and South West Sydney. No clinic visit needed to start.

Who it suits

Most people who use our mobile service fit one of these.

You cannot get to a clinic easily.
You are recovering from surgery.
Gyms are not for you.
Your insurer covers rehab at home but not a gym membership.
You would simply rather we came to you.

How it works

No clinic visit needed to start. We come to you, and the whole program can run where you are.

Where we go

Across Western and South West Sydney. If you are within about an hour’s drive of one of our clinics, we can usually come to you. Further than that is case by case, so ask.

Your first appointment

It does not have to be at a clinic. Your first session can happen at home or at the gym, and for many people that is where the whole program runs. If it makes sense to move into the clinic later, for example after surgery, we will say so.

Where the session happens

A bright living room with a rug and open floor space

Your home

Floor space is all you need. Our physiotherapist brings a treatment bed and equipment. Our exercise physiologists bring what the session needs, and help you build up your own kit so you can keep going between visits.

A gym with a rack of dumbbells and a person training in the background

Your gym

If you already have a membership, we will ask your gym whether we can run sessions there. Some allow it, some do not. If your insurer covers a rehabilitation gym membership, we use that.

A sunny park with a wide lawn and tall trees

A park

When home or a gym does not suit, or when outdoors is simply the better environment. We agree the setting with you at the start, and it can change as you progress.

How it is funded

WorkCover and CTP

Yes. Your insurer needs to approve home-based sessions, and we handle that with your case manager. Travel is covered under the scheme.

NDIS

Yes, however your plan is managed. Travel is billed separately under NDIS pricing rules and is capped. We go through the figures when you call.

DVA and Medicare

DVA with a GP referral, and travel is covered where DVA agrees it is needed. Sessions under a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan are bulk billed.

Private health and paying yourself

Health funds do not rebate home visits. If you are paying yourself, the fee depends on the type and length of session. We explain the full cost before your first appointment.

Booking a mobile appointment

Here is what happens after you get in touch. Ask for a Vietnamese or Teochew speaker when you call.

Step 1

A phone call

Every mobile appointment starts with a phone call to 1300 309 139.

Step 2

We check the fit

We check a mobile appointment is the right fit for you, and work out how it is funded.

Step 3

We match you

We match you with the practitioner closest to you.

Step 4

Your first appointment

Allow about a week for a first appointment, sooner if we are already seeing patients near you.
