Personal and group training

Coach-led sessions to build strength and confidence after rehab, one on one or in small groups of four to five.

Rehab finishes. Training keeps it.

Most people finish rehab and stop, then lose what they worked for. Training picks up where your program ended, led by the same exercise physiologists, so the strength you built stays with you.

One to one, or small groups of four to five
Led by your exercise physiologist, not a gym instructor
