Balance and falls

We help older adults build strength, balance and confidence on their feet.

What happens at your first appointment

Your first appointment is an assessment. We ask about your health and what you find hard, then we check your strength, your balance and what you can manage in a normal day. Most appointments take 30 minutes. If you have more than one problem, we book 45 to 60 minutes.

  • A plan you can do at home, not only in the clinic
  • We see you in the clinic, at the gym or at home
  • We report back to your GP where needed
